Rental Policy

Our Rental Policy & Procedure

 

We require legal identification with an address and your picture (like a drivers license).  If you do not have this with you at the time, we will require it by the time you pick-up your costume(s).

 

All bookings must be pre-paid in full.  There is a 50% cancellation charge, so please be sure you want the costume.  We will not refund any of the money paid for costumes that have been picked up or cancelled within one week of the pick-up date.  We will gladly move a pick-up date for you (within reason), however we will not provide a refund on any cancelled rental where the dates have been changed.

 

In addition to this, we will require a valid major credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX).  We will take a blank imprint of your credit card as a security (for a pre-authorization only).  If you do not have a valid credit card, ask us and we will help you with some alternate security options.

 

It is not feasible for costumes to be covered by our insurance when you rent them, so if you cannot provide a valid credit card security, you may be required to leave a cash deposit for the full replacement value of the costume(s).  This can be 10 times the rental price depending on the costume (sometimes more). 

 

Remember, we will not charge your credit card (or keep your cash security) unless you neglect to return the costume(s); damage the costume(s); lose all or part of the costume(s); or return them after the due back date on your rental agreement.  In these extreme cases, we will always call you and give you the option of making other payment arrangements.

 

Regular Halloween rentals may be returned Monday November 2nd to Saturday November 7.  We will be closed on Sundays in November.  Please note that those with debit securities will have to return costumes during the weekdays or make other arrangements at the time of booking.
