Retail Exchange Policy
Exchange/ Refund Policy for retail purchases:
This establishment has a strict policy in regards to hygiene. Under no circumstances will the following items that fall into these categories be accepted for exchange or refund: wigs, beards or facial hair, masks (all kinds), make-up, anything that goes in the mouth, anything that has been opened, anything that is missing it's packaging, anything that we suspect has been used. Costumes may be exchanged the next day only. We do not provide refunds.
All sales are final from October 1 to November 15, 2009
